About this Event
Please join us for a gentle afternoon of deep rest and nervous system reset. This is a dedicated space for you to simply be held by sound. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we will create a soundscape designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and release the stress stored in the body.
All Eaton Fire-impacted neighbors and supporters/providers are welcome.
