Fire cooking, Pinot Noir & the wilds of PatagoniaAbout this Event
Patagonia’s food culture is shaped by wind, fire, mountains, and isolation. Open-fire cooking remains central to the table, wines thrive in dramatic growing conditions, and meals are designed for warmth, endurance, and gathering after long days outdoors.
This class explores the rugged culinary traditions of southern Argentina and Chile through fire-roasted dishes, mountain wines, rustic ingredients, and foods inspired by the landscapes of Patagonia. Expect bold flavors, smoke, and dishes rooted in wilderness and climate.
Wild, elemental, and deeply atmospheric.
Each Eat the World experience includes:
- A guided wine flight;
- Four paired small bites featuring regional cheeses, accoutrements, and familiar regional dishes;
- A rich, educational tour of the city’s culinary traditions led through immersive storytelling from our Wedgewood cheese and wine experts;
- Access to limited and seasonal wine and cheese selections curated specifically for the featured destination.
