About this Event
Harvest season in Burgundy is quiet, earthy, and deeply tied to wine. Village kitchens fill with mushrooms, cream sauces, slow-cooked dishes, and cheeses that reflect the richness of the surrounding countryside.
This class explores Burgundy’s wine-country food traditions through washed-rind cheeses, autumn produce, regional wines, and dishes inspired by the rustic kitchens of eastern France during harvest season. Expect layered flavors, comforting textures, and food designed to accompany long meals and great bottles of wine.
Earthy, intimate, and deeply French.
Each Eat the World experience includes:
- A guided wine flight;
- Four paired small bites featuring regional cheeses, accoutrements, and familiar regional dishes;
- A rich, educational tour of the city’s culinary traditions led through immersive storytelling from our Wedgewood cheese and wine experts;
