“easy like Sunday morning” is a beginner-friendly yoga experience created for anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, breath, and community.
This is not about perfect poses or pushing yourself — it’s about creating space to soften, unwind, and feel good in your body.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding and accessible yoga practice designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected before stepping into the rest of your week.
Bring your favourite mug, and after class, stay awhile.
We’ll share complimentary hot drinks and relaxed conversation together — a chance to linger, connect, and enjoy the beauty of slow Sunday mornings in community.
