Join us for a free afternoon at Eastway Baths, hosted by the teams behind Eastway Baths and Community Sauna Baths. Come and hang out, bring the family, and get to know the people who live, work and make things around Hackney Wick.
Free entry, no ticket needed. Registering here just helps us plan the food.
Running order
2pm: Lunch in the garden by Soulful Kitchen (Rad), while it lasts
3pm: Kids' activity in the garden, ivy weaving with Kiara
3pm: Yoga taster in the Sunroom with Matilda
3pm to 5pm: Free sauna in the garden (see below)
4pm: Tai chi taster in the Sunroom with Ronki
All afternoon in the Hall: music from local DJs, a community exhibition about the building and what happens in it, charity stands, and somewhere to sit, eat and talk. The cafe is open throughout.
How the free sauna works
The Luna Lodge sauna is free between 3pm and 5pm, with four 30-minute sessions at 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm and 4.30pm. Each session takes 22 people, first come first served.
Before your session, scan the QR code on site to sign the sauna waiver. Then meet at the sign in the sauna garden at the start of your slot and one of the team will walk you through how it works.
Bring swimwear, a towel and flip-flops. Showers and changing are on site. Sauna is for ages 8 and up.

Eastway Baths, 80 Eastway, Hackney Wick, London E9 5JH. Hackney Wick Overground is an 8 to 10 minute walk.
