The Giving Circle Concept
We are a community of women who care deeply about supporting Arizona nonprofits. Through the giving circle model, we pool our individual donations, learn together about local causes, and collectively decide where our shared gift will make the greatest impact. We’ve seen firsthand how small acts, multiplied by many women, transform communities.
100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun is led by an Executive Committee of dedicated volunteers and supported by generous sponsors. Members donate directly to the selected nonprofit, ensuring 100% of contributions go straight to the organization. Our mission is to provide local nonprofits with meaningful funding, visibility, and awareness — all in a short amount of time.
A Big Impact
Our goal is to donate $10,000+ at every giving circle. When 100+ women gather for one hour to learn about three local charities, the result is immediate and powerful. Members nominate the nonprofits, present their missions and needs, and share how a $10,000+ donation would be used. After presentations, members choose the organization that will receive the quarterly gift. Each member contributes $100 directly to the selected nonprofit, resulting in $10,000+ donated in just one hour.
Women from across the Phoenix metro area participate in our quarterly giving circles. With groups meeting in Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, and the East Valley, our chapter has donated over $1,700,000 to local nonprofits since 2014.
Small acts. Big impact. One hour.
