This year, we’ve been listening to people with a learning disability, autistic people, their families, carers, support workers and others across the East of England about three key changes in the 10 Year Health Plan for England:
- Analogue to digital
- Sickness to prevention
- Hospital to community
At our February meeting, we will bring together what you have told us, share what we have heard, and continue the conversation about what these changes mean for people across the East of England.
Everyone is welcome, including:
- People with a learning disability
- Autistic people
- Family carers and families
- Support workers and carers
- Professionals working across health and social care
Come along, share your views and help make sure people’s voices and experiences are at the heart of change.
