East Coast Hikers is taking our 3rd Single's Event to Ft. Monroe..We will meet at The Paradise Ocean Club @ 10am and commence with the Introduction to one another. Afterwards we will walk to the Boardwalk and begin our Stroll along the beautiful Breezy waterfront.
This Walk will consist of Multiple Historic Military Bunkers, ideal for the History Minded members...There will be awesome photo opportunities for everyone. This will definitely be a slow to moderate pace to account for photo opportunities.
This walk will be approximately 5 to 6 miles, with Multiple Portal Pots along the path.
We will walk to The Deadrise Seafood Restaurant which is on the waterfront at the Halfway Point and partake in a delicious meal...Afterwards we will head back to The Paradise Ocean Club..
This location is full of Historic Military Buildings that are in Terrible Condition as they have aged over the many Decades..
Remember, this is our 3rd Single's Event, and 1st Single's Event on The Peninsula...We have to Cater to our Awesome Members in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Smithfield and other surrounding areas on the other side of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel...
The East Coast Hikers will always be fair to our Entire Region...
