Our final workshop of the year. Join Andy and Gareth for a full day of Systema, exploring breathing, movement, structure and practical partner work. Open to everyone, from weekly regulars to people who have never trained before. Come and enjoy a day of training together, see out the year on a high and start the next one feeling calmer, stronger and more capable.
The workshop is held at Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre, directly opposite the station. Registration from 10:30am, training begins at 11am.
Current students, beginners and anyone curious about Systema are all welcome. If you have been training with us this year, this is a fitting way to round it off. If you are new, it is a great way to see how we train in a friendly and welcoming environment.
£50 for East Anglia Systema members and people who have trained with us before at a previous workshop. £60 regular price.
£60/£70 on the door if places remain.
