Ease Is the New Excellence: How Women Can Thrive Without Running on Empty
You don’t have to run on empty to deserve a moment of rest.
Ladies in the Family Foundation invites you to a one-day art therapy and healing retreat for women and girls navigating life changes—from grief and job loss to caregiving shifts, empty nesting, and new beginnings.
This is an invitation to slow down, create, be heard, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Come on your own or bring someone who could use a day of care and connection.
