Earth HeldBeyond the Diagnosis: A Monthly Conscious Cancer Support Circle for Women's lives Reshaped by Cancer

A cancer diagnosis changes everything.
It can bring fear, uncertainty, grief, anger, loneliness, profound transformation, and unexpected moments of beauty. While medical teams care for the body, many women find themselves longing for a space where the emotional, spiritual, and deeply human aspects of this journey can also be welcomed.
Earth Held was born from that longing.
Created by a woman living with breast cancer, Earth Held offers a gentle, compassionate space where women living with cancer can gather in community, share honestly, and explore the deeper questions that often arise when life changes overnight.
This is not a replacement for medical care or counselling. It is a circle of support, reflection, connection, and healing for the heart and soul.

Pay What You Can:
$40–$150 per session
Community Supporter Rate: $180 per session (helps make attendance possible for others)

What Happens in an Earth Held Circle?
Each gathering is unique but may include:
- A welcoming opening circle and grounding practice
- Guided meditation for relaxation, self-compassion, and inner connection
- Gentle rituals to honour our experiences, hopes, fears, and healing journeys
- Meaningful conversations about the emotional and spiritual realities of living with cancer
- Opportunities to share, listen, and be witnessed in a safe and confidential space
- Reflections on resilience, identity, relationships, grief, hope, and meaning
- Guest facilitators offering wisdom and support from their fields of expertise
- Seasonal and nature-based practices that encourage connection and renewal
- Resources, tools, and practices to support wellbeing between gatherings
- A closing meditation, blessing, or reflection to leave feeling grounded and supported
Participation is always by invitation, never expectation. You are welcome to share, listen, laugh, cry, or simply be present exactly as you are.
About Tass Two Crows Flying
Tass Two Crows Flying is an eco-spiritual guide, Eco Spiritual minister, educator, with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals through personal transformation, healing, grief, and life transitions.
Drawing from earth-based spirituality, meditation, ceremony, and deep listening practices, Tass creates compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with their own wisdom, resilience, and sense of belonging.
She is the founder of Right Relation and Director of the Church of the Earth Society Canada. Following her own breast cancer diagnosis, she felt called to create a space that honoured not only the medical journey, but also the emotional and spiritual dimensions of living with cancer.
