Through mindful movement, soft transitions, and gentle hip-opening sequences, we create space to listen inward - to notice what the body is holding, and what it may be ready to soften and release.
A healing, nourishing practice that invites slowness, presence, and subtle sensation, held in an open-air atmosphere. A return to balance, warmth, and the simple feeling of being at home within yourself.
This class is suitable for all levels, with options offered - whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.
Bring comfortable clothes, water, and a mat. We meet at Puschkinallee (52.496470, 13.450030) and walk together to the park. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class so we can start on time.
