About this Event
Interdisciplinary artist, Kate Connell, will share her “earring thinking” practice and how it can be applied on the road, igniting conversation and sparking connection. Using examples from trips close to home and far away, she will show how found and purchased materials can become wearable records of observation, encounter, and memory. Her project combines jewelry skills with curiosity, humor and close attention to place. Examples of her work will be on display; a workshop with sign up follows.
