- This tour is for all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and ICA-approved or MOM-approved passes with a valid FIN number, including holders of employment pass, student pass, work permit or dependent pass. By purchasing a ticket under this category, you hereby (a) declare that you are a resident, and (b) acknowledge and agree that we may conduct verification checks in accordance with Personal Data Protection Policy.
- This is a walking and facility tour that may involve stairs and extended periods of standing. Participants should be reasonably mobile, be dressed in long pants and wear covered, sturdy footwear.
- Minimum age of 13 years old may apply in line with host facility requirements. Children under the age of 13, must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Participants must stay with the group, follow all safety instructions given by guides and facility staff, and must not cross barriers or enter restricted areas.
- Photography or videography may be restricted in certain zones. Participants must comply with all site specific rules on cameras, mobile phones and recording devices.
- Large bags and loose items may not be permitted inside operational areas and may need to be left at designated holding points.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend or shorten the tour, or replace sites with alternatives, in the event of bad weather, operational constraints or safety considerations.
- By registering, participants acknowledge that they are joining at their own risk, agree to follow all instructions from the organiser and host facilities, and consent to the use of photographs taken during the event for non commercial publicity of Clean & Green Singapore activities, unless they inform the organiser otherwise in advance.

All ticket fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
