About this Event
9 classes/ 5 days immersion in rigorous, odd, exquisite, expansive, physicallly consuming contemporary dance and improvisation both on and off the floor. Workshop will be led by teaching artists gizeh muñiz, Los Little Guys, and Abby Crain. Participants will be guided through deep movement journeys that will expand and deepen their physical and mental resilience, skill, range and asrticulation, as well as multiple hours of physical practice and study each day. This is an intensive workshop wtih a limited group, allowing for conversation, co-witnessing, and discussion.
We start with an opening class, opening circle and simple group dinner cooked by local chef Thursday evening, then move into four days of 5- 6 hours of classes for four days. (last day classes are shorter).
