Join Grand Living at Georgetown for a meaningful celebration of Día de los Muertos, a treasured Mexican tradition centered on remembering and honoring loved ones who have passed.
On October 28, resident Susan Bellard will share the history, symbolism, and traditions of Día de los Muertos, including the significance of the ofrenda.
Then, on November 2, bring a photograph of a loved one or beloved pet to add to our community ofrenda. Create a colorful corona de flores at 11:00 a.m. and enjoy traditional Día de los Muertos face painting by Pretty Faces by Danielle from 1:30–3:30 p.m.
Together, we’ll honor lives, share memories, and celebrate the enduring connections we carry with us.
