Fashion show
Car show
Each category is a contest so we are looking for sponsors.
$40 entry in each category $20 with current student id.
The winning piece in the art show will be painted over Cesar Chavez. Think about our Odessa history and the culture of Clements for your piece. Must summit an artist statement as well.
Fashion show: think Chicano/a, Pachuco/a, Dickies and all that goes with our culture. Each participant needs to have an index card with a summary of what you're wearing and a tidbit about yourself to read while you're walking. Bring all the attitude with you 😉.
Car show: this is the only category that needs to be preregistered before the event. One so we know we're having a car show and 2 there's limited space in the far parking. Please contact me at 432-288-8420.
The best in show will win in all categories.
Hopefully this is the beginning of an annual event with a community mission attached. Everything Los Paisanos does will be for the benefit of the community.
