Help Us Bring 55 Powerful Portraits to Life!Join the International Dyslexia Association–Rocky Mountain Branch (IDA-RMB) for a hands-on community art installation in recognition of Dyslexia Awareness Month!
On Saturday, October 10, we’re bringing the internationally recognized Inside Out Project to the University of Northern Colorado. Together, we’ll install 55 large-scale photographic portraits representing people who have pledged to stand in solidarity with individuals with dyslexia.
This is more than an art installation. It’s a chance to come together, make dyslexia visible, spark conversations about literacy, and make a powerful public statement:
Literacy is a human right. We will keep working until everyone can read.
Come for an hour or stay for the whole event! Volunteers can help prepare materials, apply paste, install portraits, organize supplies, and document the day. No experience is necessary; just wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy!
