Do something different this Halloween weekend!
Take your yoga practice beyond the mat and into expressive, soulful movement. Guided by immersive sound and familiar yoga asanas, we will explore intuitive movement sequences that bridge traditional yoga poses with expressive dance. Each sequence is designed to tune into and ignite the energy of the seven chakras.
Yoga mat is not needed; we encourage a pair of knee pads for full free movement across the floor.
Cost: $30 for single entry or if you bring a friend its $50 for 2 people
