Join us for a two-hour journey that weaves together guided meditation, reflective journaling, and dynamic breathwork.
This themed workshop invites you feel into wisdom of your body. Through journaling and the active breath, you’ll release emotional blocks, restore flow, and uncover fresh clarity.
Together, we will explore the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual layers of your being—inviting expression, healing, and truth to arise naturally. This is a space for connection in every sense of the word: connection to your breath, to your body, to your power, to yourself, and to community.
No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome. Taught in English.
