Dvořák’s music bursts with warmth, color, and joy in an afternoon of sweeping melodies, lively rhythms, and irresistible Bohemian spirit.About this Event
Two hundred years after Beethoven’s death, the Symphony of the Potomac celebrates the revolutionary composer who transformed orchestral music—and the generations who carried that revolution forward. Bookended by two all-Beethoven programs, our 2026–27 season travels from Beethoven’s heroic innovation through the fire of the Russian tradition and Dvořák’s vibrant Bohemian voice.
