DVC Pop
DVC Pop brings bands from Diablo Valley College's Commercial Music program to the stage for a full night of live music. Each band has its own lineup and sound, ranging across rock and its many offshoots to pop and R&B. Many of them write and perform their own original songs, so expect fresh material alongside familiar favorites. Code Blue
Code Blue is based in San Francisco's East Bay. What started as five people meeting in a classroom quickly turned into a band built around experimentation and a love for music that refuses to stay in one lane.Pulling from hardcore punk, metal, and the classics of Led Zeppelin and The Beatles, Code Blue blends jammable riffs and chaotic energy with melodic instincts and a strong sense of creativity. Their sound moves between raw aggression and feel-good rock, drawing from both the heaviness of underground music and the songwriting traditions of classic rock.Rooted in the East Bay DIY scene, the band approaches everything with a hands-on community mentality, from writing and recording at DVC to playing shows at some of the East Bay's cult venues. At its core, Code Blue is about five friends making the kind of music they want to hear: heavy, weird, emotional, and unapologetically their own.

Chrome Soul
Inspired by late '90s and early 2000s hip-hop and neo-soul, Chrome Soul is a groovy R&B band set on keeping funk and jazz alive in the East Bay. Taking influence from Hiatus Kaiyote, Erykah Badu, and Lauryn Hill, the band keeps the energy high and the crowd dancing while putting its own spin on the fusion of hip-hop and funk.
