Distances Available:
• Sprint: 750m Ocean Swim / 20km Cycle / 5km Run (Min Age 16yrs)
• Standard: 1.5km Ocean Swim / 40km Cycle / 10km Run (Min Age 17yrs)
• Ultra / Aquabike (Swim & Cycle only): 2km Ocean Swim / 80km Cycle / 18km Run (Min Age 18yrs)
