About this Event
Professional fine artist and teaching artist Bran Cherie will guide you step-by-step through the evening's featured painting. You'll learn as you go, have plenty of room to make the painting your own, and leave with a finished piece created by you.
Come solo, bring a friend, make it a date night, or add painting to your evening exploring Third Thursdays in Dupont Circle.

👩🏾🎨 Meet Your Instructor
Bran Cherie is a professional fine artist, teaching artist, U.S. Air Force veteran, and founder of Mereri Art Collective.
She has been leading painting experiences since 2016 and has taught participants ranging from children to adults in their 90s. Her experience includes public, private, school, corporate, and community art workshops throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Her teaching style is approachable and encouraging, making this experience especially welcoming for first-time painters.

Check in, grab your seat, get familiar with your materials, and get ready to paint.
6:15–7:40 PM | Guided Painting Experience
Follow along with Bran Cherie as she guides you step-by-step through the featured painting. Beginners are welcome, and you’ll have plenty of freedom to add your own creative touch.
7:40–8:00 PM | Finishing Touches & Photos
Add your final details, admire everyone’s creations, snap a few photos, and take your finished artwork home.
