Duo's Treehouse is an innovative early learning community initiative designed for children ages 0-5 years old and their caregivers, hosted by Duolingo's Early Learners First and La Escuelita Arcoiris. The space will offer a high-quality, immersive environment that fosters development through play. Our program is grounded in the belief that joyful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate experiences lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Held weekly, in a bilingual environment, and free-of-charge, the program is designed to empower the next generation with tools and experiences to thrive.
RSVP at 10am each Monday, for the same week as the event.
Join us Fridays at either 9:30-11:30 am OR 12:30 - 2:30 pm at the Kingsley Center in East Liberty (6435 Frankstown Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206).

Important: One ticket needed per child in attendance. Tickets can be bought in bulk with a max of 3 tickets. Adults enter on child's ticket. 3 children maximum per adult attending.

Many caregivers have questions about their child’s development — and sometimes it helps to talk with someone about it.
At select Duo's Treehouse AM & PM sessions, Duolingo Treehouse and La Escuelita are partnering with the University of Pittsburgh’s Applied Developmental Psychology program to offer optional developmental screenings during Treehouse sessions.
These screenings use the Ages & Stages Questionnaire and provide a chance for caregivers to:
- learn more about their child’s development
- ask questions
- connect with resources if helpful
Participation is completely optional and screenings are not diagnostic.
Should there be developmental screening during the week you plan to attend Duo's Treehouse and you are interested in your child participating, simply select "yes/sí" for the screening question on the event order form and scheduling information will be sent to you by our program coordinator.

The following registration form is to be completed for each week of attendance. Caregivers are to remain with children for the duration of the program and encouraged to explore through play alongside their little ones. Duo's Treehouse is a bilingual (English and Spanish) environment and welcomes individuals regardless of their first language.

En sesiones selectas de Duo's Treehouse AM y PM, Duolingo Treehouse y La Escuelita se asocian con el programa de Psicología Aplicada del Desarrollo de la Universidad de Pittsburgh para ofrecer evaluaciones opcionales del desarrollo durante las sesiones de Treehouse.
Estas evaluaciones utilizan el cuestionario *Ages & Stages Questionnaire* (Cuestionario de Edades y Etapas) y brindan a los cuidadores la oportunidad de: aprender más sobre el desarrollo de sus hijos, hacer preguntas, conectar con recursos útiles, si así lo desean.
