This weekend intensive is all about icarians, with some whip-pops added on Sunday. We’ll explore the fundamentals of these dynamic movements, refine technique and gradually build towards more challenging variations — while keeping the practice playful, safe and connected.

Saturday November 14
09:30 – 12:30�🤸🏼♀️ Icarian – Cartwheel Pops
Saturday morning we’ll be working on cartwheel pops and exploring ways to connect them into a flow.
12:30 – 14:00�🍲 Potluck Lunch & Community Time
Bring something delicious to share! 🥗🍜🍰
A relaxed moment to recharge, connect and enjoy the community together.
14:00 – 17:00�🤸🏼♀️ Icarian – (Full) Handsprings & Rev. (Full) Handsprings
In the afternoon we’ll play with handsprings, both from star and rev. star, and explore their full variations.
By “full variation” we mean landing all the way in bird or rev. bird.
Sunday November 15
09:30 – 12:30�🤸🏼♀️ Icarian – Foot to Foot
Sunday morning is all about F2F! One of the best ways to connect tempos with your partner and explore smooth, dynamic movement together.
12:30 – 14:00�🍲 Potluck Lunch & Community Time

A relaxed moment to recharge, connect and enjoy the community together.
14:00 – 17:00�🤸🏼♀️ Sequence – Icarian + Whip-Pops
In the afternoon we’ll put some of the skills we’ve learned into a sequence that will include whip-pops!
A playful way to bring everything together and finish the weekend with some dynamic combinations. 🔥

Early Bird: €100 (full weekend) — until October 1 or first 10 tickets
Regular: €120 (full weekend)
Your contribution includes the full weekend of workshops and all activities.

🌟 Level 🌟
The AcroYoga intensive is suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. We will adapt the level and progressions to the group.
🔥 Pre-requirements 🔥
• Some experience with pops and icarians, including straight throws
If you are unsure whether your level is suitable, feel free to contact us!

💛 ABOUT Duo Aliento 💛
We are Jenna and Andrea, Duo Aliento in Acro!
Andrea comes from a varied sporting background and has always been intrigued by movement. He searches for height and softness to arrive at a connected practice.
Jenna has always been in love with balance, both in life and in the body. Climbing, slacklining and yoga have contributed to teaching her to move with control and consciousness.
We love studying, exploring and teaching every aspect of Acro: standing, flows, Icarians and whip-pops. Through passionate teaching, we aim to pass on a fluid and soft practice!
