As autumn deepens and the evenings draw in, October offers a natural invitation to slow down, turn gently inward and make a little more space for rest.Held within the beautiful surroundings of Dunster’s historic Tithe Barn, this evening Sound Bath is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, get cosy and allow yourself simply to relax and receive — resting within the rich sounds and vibrations of the gongs.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply make yourself comfortable, allow your body to soften, and let the sounds and vibrations of the gongs wash gently through you — soothing the nervous system, easing tension and inviting a profound sense of rest.
Featuring a beautiful range of symphonic and planetary gongs, Native American flute, voice and silence, this is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply be.
Afterwards, we'll enjoy our popular gong tea and treat before returning gently to the evening. 💚

ABOUT GONG BATHS
Wonderfully restorative and deeply relaxing, sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years.
The sounds and vibrations of the gongs can encourage the mind and body into a state of deep rest, helping to soothe the nervous system and support a sense of wellbeing.
"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and 'in tune'. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
PLEASE NOTE
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone who has had major surgery within the previous six weeks, those who experience epilepsy or seizures, or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session.
