Summary of the adventure
What is impossible when magic and technology combine? In the modern city of New London? Nothing. Thanks to the miracle of Arcane Technology, the potency of magic, once hoarded by the chosen few, now makes life simpler for everyone. The city itself booms and roars; a shining pinnacle of crystal, marble, light and wonder. Wizards walk arm in arm with both Artificers and the miracle of Etheric Intelligence. In this world, the United Races of the world are limited only by the reach of their own imagination. What horrors could exist in a place so miraculous?
Thatās exactly what the Wrathguard Institute has come to find out.
Serenity Chase, a renowned techno-arcane bard, has gone missing; her manager expected her at a rehearsal, but she never arrived. There are no substantial leads and no evidence of foul play. Sheās justā¦gone. Despite the lack of evidence, or because of it, the Institute believes this case is of interest and has assigned you to look into it.
That means youāll be going beneath the shining lights, beneath the glorious facades and the explosive innovation, down and down to the battlefield below. Letās hope your missing bard doesnāt find herself in the cross-fire.
