Duncombe Square is a mixed tenure community providing a mix of affordable and open market homes.

Parking
Parking on site is strictly for residents. We advise using the park and ride from Rawcliffe Bar and getting off at Clifton Green and then a 5 minute walk.
Otherwise please park on Burton Stone Lane outside St Luke's Church of try Shipton Street or Cromer Street where there is unlimited on street parking.
Train
Duncombe Square is a 20 minute walk from York station.
There is ample cycle parkign on site.
