Kommt vorbei und entdeckt die Kunst des Dumpling-Machens – im kostenlosen Mitmachkurs zum Chinesischen Neujahr ?✨ vom Bao Gao Club.
Wir zeigen euch einfache Falttechniken, erklären Schritt für Schritt, wie Dumplings gemacht werden, und teilen das Rezept, damit ihr zu Hause ganz leicht euer eigenes Dumpling-Dinner veranstalten könnt ?️? Eure selbst gefalteten Dumplings könnt ihr anschließend mit nach Hause nehmen und dort kochen ??
Und das Beste: Am selben Abend gibt’s in der Markthalle Neun einen Sonder-Street-Food-Thursday zum Lunar New Year ?? – mit vielen weiteren Leckereien aus verschiedenen asiatischen Ländern ??? Wer nicht warten will, bis die eigenen Dumplings zu Hause gekocht werden, kann natürlich auch direkt Dumplings am Stand vom Bao Gao Club kaufen ??
Dumplings zu machen ist eine zentrale Tradition rund um das Chinesische Neujahr (17.02.2026–03.03.2026): Familien und Freundeskreise kommen generationsübergreifend zusammen, kneten, falten und kochen – und verbringen dabei Zeit miteinander ????❤️ Dieser Brauch bringt Menschen zusammen, sorgt für Lachen am Tisch ?? und macht aus kleinen Handgriffen gemeinsame Erinnerungen ✨
Genau deshalb möchtet Bao Gao Club diese Tradition mit Berlin teilen – und veranstalten diesen kostenlosen Mitmachkurs ??

Der Kurs ist auch geeignet für Veganerinnen und Vegetarierinnen ? Aus hygienischen Gründen verzichten wir bei diesem Mitmachkurs auf Fleischfüllungen.

We’ll show you simple folding techniques, guide you step by step through how dumplings are made, and share the recipe—so you can easily host your own dumpling dinner at home ?️? You can take your hand-folded dumplings home with you and cook them there ??
And the best part: on the same evening, Markthalle Neun is hosting a special Street Food Thursday for Lunar New Year ??—with lots of additional treats from different Asian countries ??? If you can’t wait until your own dumplings are cooked at home, you can of course grab dumplings right away at the Bao Gao Club stand ??
Making dumplings is a central tradition around Chinese New Year (Feb 17, 2026–Mar 3, 2026): families and groups of friends across generations come together to knead, fold, and cook—spending time with one another ????❤️ This tradition brings people together, fills the table with laughter ??, and turns small hand movements into shared memories ✨
That’s exactly why Bao Gao Club wants to share this tradition with Berlin—and we’re hosting this free hands-on workshop ??
