After a night of Halloween cavorting, ring in November by joining us this Sunday, 11/1 for the San Francisco Mile and Spreckels Lake 5K! We'll be meeting at JFK & 36th Avenue in Golden Gate Park (next to Spreckels Lake) for both races. The SF Mile starts at 9 a.m., and is an uphill 1M course. Our milers will then walk (or jog, we won't stop you) back down to the start, where the 5K will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m.
As always, all faces and paces are welcome at our high-fun, low-cost Sunday runs. We can't wait to see you!
