Join us for Drunk on the Wine of the Beloved — an evening of Persian poetry, music, dance and storytelling.Created and directed by Iranian mezzo-soprano Nazanin Dast Afkan, this performance brings Iranian musical traditions into dialogue with Western classical music. Through voice, live ensemble, electronic sound and narration, we explore love, separation and hope, inspired by the words of classical Persian poets.
