The drum circle is a space for self-discovery, connection, and renewal. Together, we use rhythm and sound to release what no longer serves us and to open more fully to our own inner guidance.Drumming as a form of sound healing offers a powerful way to connect with your body, express your emotions, and settle into a state of active, meditative awareness.Whether you come for grounding, creativity, stress relief, or simply to try something new, you are welcome in this circle. All proceeds go to charity.
