Join Monica Calero for a unique outdoor yoga experience amidst the picturesque setting of the Oval at Schenley . In this serene setting, surrounded by nature's beauty, Monica invites you to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through traditional yoga practice.
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the outdoors as you flow through Monica's expertly guided yoga sequences. But there's a twist – you'll be wearing silent headphones, allowing you to tune into Monica's instructions and music while remaining fully present in the peaceful surroundings.
Weather permitting, these outdoor yoga classes offer a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome to join in and find their center in this tranquil oasis.

Drive all the way to the turnaround—you’ll find us by the swings near the skating rink. (Map below.)
Class Details:
Location: Shenley Flagstaff (across from Phipps Conservatory) - we might need to adjust some dates due to races/events .
Our rain space will be in Sanctuary Fitness 4237 Murray Avenue (entry in Loretta St)

Donation-Based: Pay what you can, cash or Venmo accepted for drop-in participants
Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle
