Progressive Partner Acrobatics Weekend Intensive in Raleigh!!Drops in the bucket! When you focus on process over achievement, your practice blossoms. Refining the core principles of standing acrobatics, this workshop puts focus on both static and dynamic skills through study of Foot to Hand, Hand to Hand, Pitching, Stacking, Tempos, Transitions, and Group Work. In addition to duo work, group material will be threaded throughout the weekend with a focus on swinging and T-toss. *Safety and Spotting practice will be a focal point throughout the weekend.* We will create opportunities to solely focus on refining and developing better instincts & discernment with spotting. It's just as much of a skill as all the others we will share.
This is a multi-level event where the coaches will tailor their teaching to the individuals and groups who attend. You will also get a private lesson in the topic of your choice and enjoy plenty of free training time with coaches!
Pre-reqs:
Must have experience with the basics of standing acrobatics. This is a multi-level event that will benefit beginner to advanced acrobats; however, it is NOT suitable for absolute beginners. Unsure if this is for you? Think it is, but your imposter syndrome is getting in the way? Reach out and ask!
