TBR Drop Bar: Do you want to build up your cardio by getting great base miles, pedal up “fun” climbs, and generally be a menace? Do I have the rides for you!Join the Tucson Bike Rides group as we circumnavigate Tucson on the one and only loop! I expect an average pace at 14-16MPH, nothing crazy and NO ONE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.
One of the most unique things about riding in Tucson, The Loop. 50 plus miles around, approx. 4-6 actually anywhere near traffic, this is a great way to test AND build your endurance!
Bring plenty of hydration (2-3 water stops are available) and enough food for 3+ hours of cycling!

ALL bikes are welcome on these rides, however the smoother your tires are the easier time you will have.
These rides tend to end up splitting into different mini groups depending on speed, the goal is to give folks a chance to earn some great cardio and base miles to help with overall fitness and endurance for other rides.
These are considered "semi drop" rides. There will be times that riders can be separated, however there are set regroup points that will be discussed prior to each ride depending on the group you are riding with, you shouldn't be pulling up to your car at the end of the ride on your lonesome, that will not be the plan.
RIDE GUIDES: Aric Jack will be your tour guide for this TBR Drop Bar Ride, you’ve been warned!
DIFFICULTY: No tech, trail is "green" fitness is "blue" or better.
DISTANCE: 52-54 miles
(approx. ride time 3.5-5 hours)
