Please note: If there is not 10 participants signed up, session will be canceled. Participants will be notified with 72 hours notice and will be given the option to move to a different time or receive a refund.

Info: Upon arrival, enter through The Parkside Hotel & Spa main entrance, walk through the atrium towards the spa. You will be checked it at the rec desk and given instruction and direction from there. We encourage early arrival as to spare time for changing, decompression, and preparation.

Info: Relax into an hour long guided sound meditation by expert Pillar Munoz.

Info: Slowly reawaken and rise from your deep meditation. You will be helped off your mattress and out of the pool with the option to swim.
