What can you expect from this ACRO INTENSIVE? If you like dynamic L-basing and some adrenaline, you cannot miss this! Over the course of two days, four multi-level workshops (we will adapt the level to the participants) - focused on Icarians, Whips, Whip-pops & Whicarians await you.
Over the weekend there will be two modules and we will focus on:
**Icarians & Foot Juggling
**Whips, Whip-pops & Whicarians
Advanced spotting techniques are part of the weekend in order to offer you a safe and fun learning experience and the tools to practice with your community. Come to learn, improve and fly higher and smoother. Content: We will work on different cool tricks that you can imagine (like Jaeger, Colibri, Full Castaway, normal and Reverse Mortalito etc.) but first refining the basic technique to prepare for the cool stuff.
Spots are limited to ensure personal attention to all participants.
You do not need to come with a specific partner.
Workshop Program:
Saturday:
10:00-12:00 - Handstand
13:00-15:30 - Icarian
16:00-18:30 - Icarian
19 Sauna
Sunday:
10:00-12:30 - Whicarian
13:30-16:00 - Whicarian
Prerequisites:
This workshop is multilevel and is designed for intermediate and advanced levels.
Baseline are the following prereqs:
*Tarzan (for Sunday)
*Icarian straight throw throne/throne and bird/bird
Even better if you have tried tricks like Castaway, Martini, some Whippops (doesn‘t have to be perfect)
For more advanced practicioners we will share whip-pops, crazy icarians and whicarians 🙂

TWO WORKSHOPS - 75€ (till Oct 8 65€)
ONE WORKSHOP - 45€ (till Oct 8 35€)
Only Handstand - 35€ (till Oct 8 25€)
Deposit refundable until Oct 8, after that you will have to find a replacement.
SAUNA on Saturday
- there is an option of going to the sauna in the climbing gym next door but we need to be at least 10 people so that they will turn it on for us (normally there is no Sauna on Saturdays). Please state your preference in the form so that I can see if it makes sense to ask.
