Dreamscape: A shamanic dream journey with breathwork and dream herbs

Dreamscape is a guided journey into the liminal realms through the medicine of the breath, shamanic sound bath and dream herbs
About this Event

We begin by gathering together and sharing mugwort tea, a plant revered for thousands of years as a dream ally and threshold herb. Mugwort has been used across many ancient cultures — from Europe to Asia — to support vivid dreams, intuition, and spiritual visioning. Traditionally burned, brewed, or carried, mugwort has long been associated with protection, dream incubation, and access to subtle realms. As we drink the tea together, we set intentions and gently prepare the nervous system for journeying.

From here, we move into conscious connected breathwork. Through an hour-long guided breath journey, you will be supported to enter an expanded, liminal state of awareness. This breathwork opens the body, quiets the analytical mind, and allows emotions, imagery, and insight to surface naturally — no prior experience needed (contraindications apply, please see below).

As the journey deepens, you will be immersed in a shamanic sound bath, sharing healing sounds, songs, and rhythms inspired by indigenous wisdom traditions. Sound becomes the vessel that carries you — grounding, opening, and guiding the inner landscape as you travel through your own dreamscape.

We then invite gentle movement to wake up and come back into the body, allowing whatever has been stirred within to find expression through the body. There is no right way to move — only an invitation into freedom, curiosity, and presence.

We close in a sharing circle, a held and respectful space for reflection, witnessing, and connection. There is also a gentle invitation to share a song, poem or anything that you wish to share, with no pressure to if you don’t feel comfortable. This final integration honours the power of community and the medicine of being seen and heard, just as you are.

Dreamscape is an offering for those longing to reconnect with intuition, imagination, and embodied wisdom — a space of authenticity, safety, exploration, freedom of expression and shared humanity.
