A long evening practice space, to slip into the quiet space you’ve been craving.
December often demands our highest energy just as nature is asking us to go quiet. This 3.5-hour collaboration between Elisha and Fi from The Wildest Way is a spacious, deeply nourishing antidote to the pre-Christmas rush.
Crafted as a sacred pause, this evening is designed to give you the time, space, and permission to drop into deep winter stillness.
There is no pressure to socialise, no sharing circles, and nothing expected of you. This is a purely receptive, immersive experience where you can simply arrive, lie down, and let yourself be held by the medicine of the season.
The Journey:
• Hand Crafted Ritual Tea: Fi, our folk herbalist and menstrual doula, will open our space with a specially crafted, winter tea blend to support the body into relaxation.
Together, we will drink to slow down the nervous system and prime the body for deep rest.
• The Drumming Journey: Guided by the steady, grounding heartbeat of Fi’s drum, we will begin to sink deeper into a practice of deep listening and feeling.
• Yoga Nidra & Sound Immersion:
Transitioning from the drum into absolute stillness, Elisha will guide you through Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). As your body rests in effortless comfort, the captivating vibrations of the Himilayan bowls will wash over you, supporting your body and mind into rest and sealing your practice in deep peace.
Come exactly as you are. Wear your warmest, loosest clothing, bring your favourite cozy layers, and gift yourself the ultimate luxury: 3.5 hours of uninterrupted, restorative space before the winter festive season begins.
