In this experiential class, we'll explore ways to build an ongoing relationship with your dreaming mind - recognizing recurring patterns and themes, noticing connections between dreams and waking experiences, revisiting compelling dream material, and becoming more aware of the ideas, emotions, imagery, and synchronicities that follow you into waking life.
You don't need to remember elaborate dreams every night, and you don't need to believe dreams have one specific meaning. This class is about becoming curious, paying attention, and discovering what changes when dreaming becomes an intentional part of your life.
