Unwind for an afternoon with this dedicated mindfulness practice.We'll begin with a short history of the dreamcatcher while selecting supplies. A variety of cord, thread, frames, sticks, beads, feathers, crystals & gems are provided. Individuals are encouraged to bring their own special objects and ornaments they may wish to include.
Setting an intent of Protection & Exploration, we'll weave the web. Building this creative energy through a guided meditation, a period of sacred group silence, and finishing with an optional experiential share.

No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Chairs and tables will be available along with floor seating and standing options.
