About this Event
Ahoy, mateys!
Join us for a lively drama workshop inspired by the much-loved children's book The Pirates Next Door. Through drama games, improvisation, storytelling and creative role-play, young participants will step into the world of the Jolley-Rogers and create their own pirate adventures.
Led by an experienced workshop facilitator and drama teacher, children will explore the book's memorable characters, build confidence through performance activities, and use their imaginations to invent scenes, stories and pirate personas of their own. No acting experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun.
Perfect for young readers, budding performers and creative explorers, this interactive workshop celebrates friendship, imagination and the joy of bringing stories to life.
Fancy dress encouraged!
Parent/carers are required to remain on the premises but are welcome to head down to the cafe space to wait.
