Your three-course New Year’s Eve menu includes a choice of starters, mains and desserts, with dishes including ham hock & Dijon terrine, king prawn & crayfish cocktail, slow braised beef short rib, herb-crusted salmon, chicken ballotine, white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake, dark chocolate délice and lemon tart. Tea or coffee and bubbles at midnight are also included.
