The 3rd India Reserve Battalion (3rd IRBn), Manglay, Sikkim Police, is pleased to present “Dragon Run 2.0 – The 2nd Edition”, in collaboration with the Temi-Tarku Tourism Development Committee (TTTDC) and in association with the Sikkim Engineers’ Runners Alliance (SERA).
The event is scheduled to be held on 28th November 2026 at the picturesque Temi Tea Garden, Temi-Tarku, Namchi District, Sikkim, during the onset of winter and the enchanting season of cherry blossom, offering participants an opportunity to experience the unique beauty of the region.
The event is themed “Miles of Motivation”, with the objective of encouraging individuals to adopt a healthy and disciplined lifestyle through regular physical activity. The theme reflects the importance of moving forward one step and one mile at a time, with motivation, determination and perseverance towards achieving a healthy body, a healthy mind and a disciplined life.
The event aims to bring together runners and fitness enthusiasts from across the State, different parts of the country and beyond, providing participants with an opportunity to experience a memorable run amidst the scenic beauty of Temi Tea Garden. The route will take participants through lush tea plantations and picturesque surroundings, complemented by the natural beauty of the region and the seasonal blooming of cherry trees.
Dragon Run 2.0 seeks to promote fitness, discipline, healthy living and a strong sense of community, while also showcasing the natural beauty and tourism potential of Temi-Tarku.
