Learn essential, sustainable and safe fungi foraging skills, on a walk through the woods with Medical Herbalist and Mycotherapist Jenny Carden. We will search for and identify fungi, taste edible species that can be found on the moor, and hear some facts and folklore about the exceptionally fascinating world of fungi. We will also discuss the health benefits (and also where the truth is sometimes stretched!). This is an introductory session aimed at those with little or no knowledge and will suit adults and interested children over 12 years of age. Please leave dogs at home.
