What is Pink Friday?Pink Friday is a nationwide holiday shopping celebration held one week before Black Friday with one simple message: support small businesses first.
Downtown Martinez was one of the first Bay Area communities to embrace Pink Friday, and now, in our fourth year, the tradition is growing. Other local communities are beginning to take notice, but there is nothing quite like kicking off the holidays together on Main Street in Martinez.
Join us Friday, November 20, as downtown comes alive with local shopping, street vendors, holiday train rides, live entertainment, seasonal activities and the community Christmas tree lighting.
Find unique gifts from local businesses and makers. Visit your favorite downtown restaurant. Grab a beer or glass of wine on Main Street Plaza within Martinez’s new Entertainment Zone, then join your neighbors and friends as we light the tree and kick off the holidays in true small-town fashion.
