Families are invited to trick-or-treat along South Potomac Street, where local businesses, organizations, and community vendors will be set up handing out candy and treats.
🏆 COSTUME CONTEST | 6:30 PM
After trick-or-treating, make your way to Public Square for our annual Costume Contest! Come dressed to impress for your chance to take home bragging rights.
