Join the Grass Valley Downtown Association for our annual Safe Trick-or-Treat, a special daytime Halloween celebration created especially for preschool-age children.
Bring your little ones downtown in their favorite costumes for a festive morning of trick-or-treating, strolling through historic downtown, and visiting participating merchants along the way. Enjoy Halloween decorations, photo opportunities, and plenty of treats as our downtown businesses welcome our youngest trick-or-treaters!
