The event includes Police and Fire Open Houses, a Department of Public Works Touch-A-Truck, Pancake Breakfast starting at 9am, children's activities like bouncers, and much more. Enjoy live performances by four bands, a chili competition, beer, a cornhole tournament, and special activities hosted by the Parks and Recreation Department.

Highlights of the Festival:
- Chili Competition: Watch as 15 teams compete for cash prizes up to $600. Vote for your favorite chili, but arrive early, the chili goes fast!
- Family Fun: Police and Fire Department Open Houses, Public Work's Touch-A-Truck, rock wall, free mini golf, and other children's activities, including bouncers and games.
- Car and Motorcycle Show: Marvel at some of the best muscle cars and motorcycles on the streets.
- Live Entertainment: Four live bands will keep the atmosphere lively throughout the day.
- Cornhole Tournament: Test your skills and compete in the cornhole tournament.
- Beer Tent: Relax and enjoy a variety of beers.
Event Details:
- Date and Time: September 26th from 9am until 9pm (Rain or Shine Event)
- Location: Northeast corner of Ford Rd and Middlebelt Rd in the Garden City Town Center Plaza parking lot, just north of Detroit Metro Airport, and minutes from I-275, I-75, I-96, and I-94.
- Parking: Parking Available in the Town Center Parking Lot. Additional Free parking is available at Garden City High School, 6500 Middlebelt until 5:00 pm, with free shuttle service to the event courtesy of Nankin Transit.
